WESTLAKE - October 3, through collision at sea (ss Burutu) ARTHUR, third son of the late Richard and Eliza Westlake and brother of Mrs Baines, the Park Hotel, Tuebrook.
The Roll of Honour shows that Arthur Westlake was a steward, specifically the bar and storekeeper.
